This means in few years from now, there won't be any vacant property in this axis.
Properties in this axis will appreciate by over 500% in the next 5-7years. This means a property investment of a hundred million naira today will yield five hundred million naira or more in this duration. The reason is this, 6000 people migrate into Lagos on a daily basis. The land size is fixed but the population is expanding. According to the law of demand & supply, price increases with increasing demand for a limited supply. Lagos has about 20m people currently and by 2024, this population won't be less than 30m who will be needing shelter. It took Lekki phase 1 about 20 years to achieve 1000% return on investment. Ajah-Sangotedo won't take 10 years to achieve that due to this population explosion and the massive developments ongoing in the Ibeju-lekki corridor. This will make population to naturally gravitate to this axis.
